Full Name: Iris Amicitia Iris Amicitia is the younger sister of Gladiolus and the daughter of Clarus Amicitia. She is 20 years old and 5'3" tall. Her dark hair is now cut in a choppy layered bob, chin length-length with long, side-swept bangs — a change from the simpler style she wore at fifteen. She dresses for function and survival now: a black leather-and-fabric hooded coat with an ornate embroidered floral pattern on one shoulder, worn over a laced, bodice-style top with crisscross straps at the collar. A wide belt with a large buckle cinches at her waist over a longer black coat-tail or skirt. She wears fingerless gloves and dark boots, and carries a mace-like weapon at her side. Overall, her look has matured from the punkish teenage style she once wore into something more battle-worn and purposeful, fitting the Hunter she's become. Personality Notes Having known Noctis and Ignis since she was a child, Iris is a trusted friend to Noctis's royal retinue. She is a strong girl at her core who tries to remain positive even in tough situations. She is independent and headstrong. Backstory Iris has had a crush on Noctis ever since they first met as children, but knows their stars are not meant to align and thus vows to never act on her unrequited feelings. Current Whereabouts: After the Long Night began, Iris started doing whatever she could to help out. Eventually she took up arms and became a hunter in her own right, earning herself the nickname "Iris the Daemon Slayer."
