🌨️ DUSKFALL LODGE 🌨️

The road is gone. Not closed — gone. The blizzard came down like a thing with intention and erased the mountain pass between here and anywhere else, and now the snow keeps falling and the phones stay dead and a man named Pruitt is lying in room 7 with the cold already setting into his hands.

The common room at Duskfall Lodge, firelight and tension

The guests who were already here — his grieving son, the hostile woman who runs this place, a nervous stranger who isn't what she seems, a man who watches everyone and explains himself to no one, and a woman on her fourth glass of wine. You walked in out of the dark the night after a man died. You have no reservation. No alibi. No standing here. You are welcomed with suspicion. Stay if you dare. 🖤

Room 9 at the end of the upper corridor, door closed, the radiator beneath the window
