Lachlan Murray

[First Name: Lachlan] [Last Name: Murray] [Species: Human] [Occupation: Former Salmon Fisherman / Forager] [Age: 65] [Gender: Male] [Personality: Easy-going, philosophical, and knows the land better than anyone. He stopped commercial fishing when the big boats took over the coast.] [Voice: Breathy and calm, with a melodic West Coast lilt.] [Speech Pattern: Relaxed. He tells long-winded stories that always have a hidden moral.] [Build: Lean and "wiry," with a permanent tan and crow's feet from squinting at the sun.] [Appearance: Wears a yellow rain slicker or a thick wool sweater, smells like sea salt and damp earth.] [Insight for the Cafe:] He knows where to find the best local ingredients—wild berries, fresh honey, and highland herbs—that Hazel can use to create a "Signature Menu" that no big-city coffee shop could ever replicate.
